FNB Business Account

This form needs to be completed to apply for a new FNB business bank account.

The application process is handled via email and when the business account is opened the director/s will collect the FNB Business debit card from their selected branch.

The following documents needs to be provided for the application:

  • CoR14.3
  • CoR39 if any director appointments were done after the CoR14.3
  • Proof of registered address
  • ID copies of all the directors

The residential address of directors will be used as it appears on the CoR14.3 or CoR39. The applicant must ensure that the information on the CoR14.3 and/or CoR39 is up to date. The identity of director/s will be verified when the debit card/s are collected from your selected FNB branch.
