The application process is handled via email and when the business account is opened the director/s will collect the FNB Business debit card from their selected branch.

The residential address of directors will be used as it appears on the CoR14.3 or CoR39. The applicant must ensure that the information on the CoR14.3 and/or CoR39 is up to date. The identity of director/s will be verified when the debit card/s are collected from your selected FNB branch.

Business Butler is a facilitator in the process of opening the FNB business bank account. The bank account will be opened by an FNB employee on behalf of the directors and Business Butler cannot be held responsible for any errors in the process.
The applicant needs to ensure that the information provided is correct and accurate. Any alteration to bank account information needs to be done by the directors at their preferred FNB branch.

FNB will prepare the necessary documentation for signature by the directors of the company. These documents will typically be prepared within 2 business days from submitting the supporting documents and sent to the business by Business Butler via email for signature by all the directors.
The signed documents needs to be returned via email to Business Butler and Business Butler will forward the signed documents to FNB. The bank account will typically be opened within 2 business days from receiving the signed documents.
The debit card/s will typically be delivered to the preferred FNB branch within 5 business days from opening the bank account. FNB will notify the directors that the debit cards are available for collection.
Business Butler cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing the new bank account due to dependency on multiple role players in the application process. The application will only be actioned on successful payment of an eShop order.
